1. About KamZour

KamZour is an art and culture platform dedicated to intimacy art in all its forms — from the Kamasutra and classical European figurative tradition, to Shunga, Renaissance depictions of the human form, and contemporary AI-generated intimate imagery. Our mission is to provide artists, collectors, intimacy educators, and curious minds with a thoughtfully curated space to explore, appreciate, and create.

Our 18+ age requirement exists because the works in our collection are drawn from a centuries-long tradition of intimate and figurative art that, by its nature, includes nudity, sensuality, and erotic subject matter. We hold these works to the same standard as a specialist art gallery or museum with a mature-audience designation.

2. Age & Eligibility

Access to KamZour is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your country or jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are permitted, under the laws of your jurisdiction, to access and view intimate, figurative, or erotic artistic works.
• You are accessing KamZour voluntarily, for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes unless separately agreed in writing.
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from KamZour for a policy violation.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe these conditions are not met.

3. Nature of Our Collection

KamZour's content spans a wide spectrum of intimacy art, including:

• Historical and classical erotic art — Shunga, Kamasutra illustrations, Renaissance figurative works, and equivalent traditions from cultures worldwide
• Contemporary fine-art photography and illustration with intimate or sensual themes
• AI-generated intimate and figurative imagery produced in response to creative prompts
• Curated prompt libraries, archetype analyses, and creative tools for artists and intimacy enthusiasts

Our curation standards prohibit any content that depicts, suggests, or could reasonably be interpreted as involving minors in a sexual or intimate context. Any such material is immediately removed and, where legally required, reported to the relevant authorities. We maintain absolute zero tolerance on this point.

All content is presented in the spirit of artistic appreciation, cultural study, and creative expression. Nothing on KamZour constitutes professional relationship, intimacy coaching, or therapeutic advice.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold one active account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions or suspensions is prohibited and will result in the removal of all associated accounts.

4.3 Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently close your account if you breach these Terms or act in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of KamZour as an artistic community. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

When using KamZour, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or scripts to access, download, or harvest content or data.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription paywalls, watermarks, or digital rights protections.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes a third party's rights.
• Use KamZour for any commercial purpose — reselling, licensing, or redistributing our content or tools — without a separate commercial agreement.
• Harass, threaten, or demean any other member of the KamZour community.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary source code from the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on KamZour — including artwork, imagery, AI-generated creations, interface design, written copy, archetypes, and branding — is owned by or properly licensed to KamZour and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Where you purchase a digital artwork, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view and display that work for private, non-commercial use. Ownership of copyright remains with KamZour or the originating rights holder. No purchase confers the right to reproduce, sublicense, sell, or publicly display the work.

Any content you submit to KamZour (such as prompts or profile data) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant KamZour a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it to provide and improve the service.

7. AI-Generated Imagery

KamZour employs AI image-generation technology to create original intimate and figurative artworks in response to creative prompts. All AI-generated images are wholly synthetic — they do not depict real individuals, and we do not use the likeness of any real person without their explicit consent. AI-generated content is subject to the same curation standards and content policies as all other works on the platform.

8. Privacy & Data

KamZour collects only the data necessary to provide the service: your email address, a securely hashed password, and optionally your profile quiz responses used to personalise your experience. We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal information to third parties.

Session data is stored securely and expires automatically. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account settings page.

9. Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain features of KamZour require a paid membership or one-time purchase. All prices are displayed before purchase. Sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation. We reserve the right to revise pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers via email.

10. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you are a rights holder and believe content on KamZour infringes your copyright, please contact us with: (1) a description of the work you believe has been infringed; (2) the specific location of the infringing material on KamZour; (3) your contact details; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised; and (5) a declaration, under penalty of perjury, that your information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

11. Personal Responsibility for Content Consumption

Some content on KamZour is of an intimate, sensual, or erotic artistic nature. By accessing KamZour and viewing any such content, you expressly acknowledge and accept this. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or viewing this content is appropriate, lawful, and suitable for you given your personal circumstances, jurisdiction, and preferences.

KamZour is not responsible for any loss, distress, offence, or damage — whether emotional, reputational, legal, or otherwise — that you may suffer as a result of the content you choose to access, how you access it, where you access it, or how you use or share anything you encounter on the platform. You access all content on KamZour at your own discretion and risk.

This includes but is not limited to: viewing content in a shared or public setting; accessing content in a jurisdiction where such material may carry legal restrictions; any personal, professional, or social consequences arising from your use of the platform; and any decisions you make based on content or recommendations you encounter on KamZour.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability (Platform)

KamZour is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KamZour and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to KamZour in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be referred first to informal resolution by written notice. Where informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email where feasible. Continued use of KamZour following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Our Rights & Obligations

• Right to moderate content. We reserve the absolute right to remove, restrict, or refuse any content or account at any time and at our sole discretion — with or without prior notice — where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, our community standards, or applicable law. We are under no obligation to explain individual moderation decisions.
• Right to modify or discontinue the service. We may alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue any feature, section, or the platform as a whole at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practical, but accept no liability for any loss resulting from such changes or discontinuation.
• Right to cooperate with legal authorities. We reserve the right to disclose any information — including account details, usage data, or submitted content — to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or legal counsel where we are required or reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of any person.
• Right to enforce these Terms selectively. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it at a future time. We may apply these Terms with greater or lesser strictness depending on circumstances, at our discretion.
• Obligation to maintain reasonable security. We commit to implementing industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and account information. This includes secure password hashing, session token management, and access controls. However, no system is infallible and we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
• Right to introduce, alter, or remove pricing and features. We may introduce new paid tiers, adjust subscription pricing, or retire features at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material pricing changes with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. New pricing does not apply retroactively to prepaid periods.

16. What We Are Not Responsible For

• Your choices and conduct. We are not responsible for any decision you make based on content you encounter on KamZour, nor for any action you take as a result of using the platform. Your use of KamZour — and the consequences of that use in your personal, professional, or legal life — is entirely your own responsibility.
• The legality of your access. It is your responsibility alone to determine whether accessing KamZour and viewing its content is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or permissible in every country or territory. We accept no liability for any legal consequence you face as a result of accessing KamZour from a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited.
• Third-party content, links, or services. KamZour may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or practices. Accessing any third-party resource is entirely at your own risk.
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Imagery and content produced by our AI tools is generative and artistic in nature. It does not constitute factual information, professional advice, or verified historical record. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, cultural fidelity, or completeness of any AI-generated work.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures. We are not liable for any loss — including loss of access, loss of saved content, or loss of subscription time — resulting from technical failures, server downtime, cyberattacks, or any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power failures, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• User-generated or user-submitted content. Where users submit prompts, preferences, or other data that influences content generation or display, we are not responsible for the nature of the output produced. You are solely responsible for the prompts and inputs you provide, and for ensuring that your use of any generated output complies with these Terms and applicable law.

17. Circumstances in Which We May Suspend or Delete Your Account and/or Content

• Breach of these Terms. We may suspend or permanently delete your account, and remove any associated content, if you breach any provision of these Terms — including misrepresenting your age, circumventing access controls, redistributing content without authorisation, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. We are not obligated to issue a warning before taking action, and no refund of any subscription or purchase will be due where termination results from a breach.
• Uploading, generating, or attempting to generate prohibited content. Any account found to have submitted prompts, uploaded material, or otherwise attempted to produce or access content that depicts minors in a sexual or intimate context will be immediately and permanently deleted without notice. We will preserve evidence and report the incident to the relevant law enforcement authorities. This is an absolute prohibition and there is no appeal.
• Providing false information at registration. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that any information you provided at the time of registration — including your age, identity, or jurisdiction — was false, misleading, or intended to circumvent our eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account immediately and without liability.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct. We may suspend or terminate your account if you engage in conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to KamZour, its infrastructure, or other users — including but not limited to chargebacks made in bad faith, coordinated abuse, attempts to exploit or attack the platform's systems, or repeated harassment of other members of the community.
• Legal obligation or regulatory requirement. We may be required by law, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory or governmental authority to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete your account and/or any content associated with it. In such cases we will comply fully and promptly, and we will not be liable for any loss you suffer as a result of our compliance with that obligation.
